Concrete Worker – Immediate Opening

Position Overview:
Krugel Cobbles, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Former to join our skilled hardscape and construction team for the 2025 season. This role involves building, setting, and aligning concrete forms for a variety of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with concrete forming, understands precise measurements, and works with a high level of craftsmanship and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, set, and align concrete forms according to plans.

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal formwork.

• Prepare sites for concrete pours, including bracing, sealing, and reinforcement.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely.

• Work closely with crew members to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite in compliance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of concrete work experience preferred (forming, pouring, or finishing).

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work from measurements and blueprints.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

• CDL license is a plus but not required.

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $22.00 – $24.00, based on experience.

• Position Type: Seasonal (April–November, weather permitting).

Schedule:

Full-time: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
